Water and electricity, ground maintenance of the existing buildings, upgrading of our facilities is ongoing throughout the year and not just an annual event as is the show.

I have spoken with many of the young ladies in this town who are interested in being involved and have received a positive response.

We are looking for sponsors who will assist these young ladies in fundraising and people to assist with ideas for fundraising, in other words, a sub committee.

Any person, including young ladies, interested in being involved are urged to assemble in after the Tennant Creek & Districts Show Society AGM at 3.30pm at the Tennant Creek Memorial Club Conference Room on Saturday 28 November.

Currently one business and several teenage girls have expressed their interest.

Now we need sponsors.
