James recenly won the Independent Female Vocalist of the Year Award at the Mildura Southern Stars Independent Country Music Awards on the weekend for her self-composed song Fly, the lead single from her album Tailwind.

Now living in Brisbane, James’ current single Precious Little is sitting at number 11 on the Top 30 Country Tracks.

In November she hits the road to tour with Aussie country music stars Sara Storer and Brendan Radford.
